The motivation for opening mygoodness! gluten & wheat free kitchen began when my daughter Arianna was diagnosed with Celiac disease seven years ago. Appalled by the quality, price and limited gluten-free product she had to choose from, I became smitten by the challenge to make gluten free taste wonderfully normal.
In the memorable year of 2010, as the hand of fate would have it, I had to re-invent myself and so mygoodness! gluten & wheat free kitchen was born.
Over a thousand Carrot Cakes later, my desire to create gluten free goodness remains as strong as ever, as does my commitment to provide affordable, nutritious and delicious gluten free products to the Celiac and wheat-free community.
